![]() ![]() As of today I've called Medicare and they have set me up with a new agent and I have new insurance with a different company. couldn't do it, there was no way she could do it, she didn't know what to do, wait a minute hang on and then the phone went dead! I have never seen such ridiculous customer service in my life and I have done customer service all my life. ![]() Guess what it wasn't okay the number they gave me to call, the customer service rep. But it would be okay because of the circumstances. And I would have to resubmit an application. She said someone will reach out to you in the next day or so. At this point I don't know what else to do as I need the insurance. The rep I talked to was very nice she said I will set it up for reinstatement immediately. How nice., I had not had any supplemental insurance for over 3 months. When she did guess what I'm no longer in there! Why I asked, oh you were involuntary canceled she said.What!? Unknown to me they had canceled my insurance because I had moved it to a different county. ![]() Until she asked is there anything else? I said yes as a matter of fact I cannot get into the online system. Again everything was fine she took all my information she had my new address everything seem to be up and running. A week ago I called Freedom to update a doctor on my card. I moved in March of this year I called and changed my address at no time was I told that I had to do anything else in fact I asked if I had to do anything else, no everything's good they said. My experience is unbelievable with this company. ![]()
