He reportedly tested positive for cocaine, amphetamines, THC and fentanyl. Kenneth denied knowing what the items were, suggesting he did not have a license to lawfully possess them.” The probable cause statement said, “Kenneth was traveling in his vehicle with the blasting caps and detcord, loose in the back seat of his truck, rather than separate and in an explosive container, as required. Hughes allegedly told police he didn’t know the explosive materials were there at all. A fentanyl pill and numerous items of drug paraphernalia were also located.
